Delegates from one of the member associations of EABCT (Europe), ABCT (North America), ALAMOC (South America), AACBT (Australia), ACBTA (Asia) and IACP.

***The Student/Trainee/Resident Physician category includes undergraduates, graduated students, master students, PhD students, psychotherapy trainees, and resident physicians. Student/Trainee/Resident Physician must certify to be entitled to the reduced registration fee and provide a copy of student ID, a certification of enrolment or certification of employment during the registration process.

****Accompanying person can only participate in the social program activities listed below. A registered participant can only register ONE accompanying person.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the secretariat via email at srabct.pan2026@gmail.com before April 19, 2026, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. PAN 2026 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 € per person until April 19, 2026 CEST.
After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available.
